1. It's the first day of school.
Done.
(Really, need I say anymore? It's been eleven weeks of non-stop teenagers/kids/movies/computers/xBox/food around my house. So as my husband lovingly said this morning: "In the words of your mother--get the heck out of my house.")
What's not to love? Lower grocery bills, silence, schedules, silence, earlier bed times, silence, writing without interruption, silence . . .
--insert sigh of pleasure--
Oh, and also, Project Runway returns tonight.
Life does not get any better.
